Services

Four numbered services. No bundles. No retainers without scope.

§ 05

How to choose between the four

Most UAE businesses should begin with the Diagnostic. It is free, takes five working days, and produces the artefact every other engagement is scoped against: a workflow inventory, agentic-suitability scoring across 25–40 candidate workflows, and a ranked queue of 5–10 agents costed against the AED 220,000–550,000 implementation band. If you do not yet know which agent to ship first, this is the entry point.

Skip the diagnostic and go straight to Implementation only if two conditions hold: the use case is already defined (a specific workflow, a specific decision boundary, a specific success metric) and the underlying data is clean and accessible through CRM, ERP, or messaging APIs. In practice this is roughly one in five engagements — typically a second agent shipped after a successful first one.

Engage Consulting first when the question is structural rather than operational: multi-business-unit groups deciding how to govern agentic AI across subsidiaries, organisations running vendor selection between two or more implementation partners, or boards designing PDPL-aligned governance ahead of any build. Consulting deliverables are operational documents — vendor scorecards, governance charters, mandate-readiness assessments — not strategy decks.

Start with AI Automation when there is already a working RPA stack (n8n, Make, Power Automate, UiPath) and the question is where deterministic automation should end and the agentic layer should begin. The output is a hybrid architecture recommendation that keeps the deterministic parts deterministic and adds agentic judgement only where exception handling, qualification, or customer-facing decisions justify the cost.

§ 06

Engagement model

Every AgenticOps engagement is fixed-fee, fixed-scope, and fixed-duration. There are no hourly rates, no open-ended retainers, and no time-and-materials contracts. Scope is agreed in writing before work begins and change requests are repriced as new fixed-scope addenda.

Deliverables are operational, not aspirational. Implementation ships running agents with monitoring, runbooks, and a 30-day stabilisation window. Consulting ships decision documents — vendor scorecards, governance charters, mandate-readiness assessments — that a board can act on. We do not produce strategy decks.

§ 07

Questions UAE business owners are actually asking

01 Which service should I start with?

Start with the free 5-day Diagnostic. It produces a ranked queue of 5–10 candidate agents and a costed 90-day roadmap, so the next engagement (Implementation, Consulting, or AI Automation) is scoped against evidence, not assumptions. Skip it only if you already have a defined use case and clean data.

02 Do you bundle services or sell them separately?

Each service is sold separately with its own fixed scope, fixed fee, and fixed duration. There are no discounted bundles and no retainers without scope. Most UAE clients run them sequentially: Diagnostic first, then Implementation 4–6 weeks later, with Consulting or Automation added only if the diagnostic surfaces a specific need.

03 How is your pricing structured?

Implementation is AED 220,000–550,000 for a fixed 90-day delivery of three production agents. The Diagnostic is free for UAE-based businesses. Consulting runs 4–6 weeks at fixed engagement fees. AI Automation advisory is scoped per stack. Every engagement is fixed-fee and fixed-duration — no hourly billing, no open-ended retainers.

§ 08 — Begin

We translate this into a costed plan in 30 minutes.

One call. We tell you which workflows in your business should be agentic, which agent goes first, what the regulatory overlay looks like for your sector, and what 90 days of build looks like in practice. No deck. Free.
